Holding a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and a Master of Medical Research, Emma combines scientific knowledge with artistic precision to deliver personalised treatments that enhance natural beauty, restore confidence and support long-term skin health.

Emma has a particular passion for paramedical tattooing, helping clients regain confidence following surgery, trauma and medical conditions, while also creating natural-looking cosmetic tattooing and customised skin treatment plans designed to achieve lasting results.

Driven by a commitment to continual education, innovation and ethical practice, Emma believes every treatment should be as individual as the person receiving it. Kylie is the Founder of XFactor Aesthetics and has been a respected leader in the beauty industry for more than 20 years. Her passion for helping people feel confident, combined with her meticulous attention to detail and artistic eye, has earned her a reputation for delivering natural, timeless cosmetic tattooing results.

Kylie’s journey into cosmetic tattooing became deeply personal when her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy. Wanting to help restore her confidence, Kylie pursued advanced training in cosmetic tattooing, discovering a passion for treatments that have the power to transform not only appearance, but also self-confidence and wellbeing.

Today, Kylie specialises in cosmetic tattooing and remedial massage, bringing decades of experience, compassion and technical skill to every client she treats. Her calm, caring nature and commitment to excellence continue to make her one of the South Burnett’s most trusted practitioners.

Zaidee

Zaidee represents the next generation of XFactor Aesthetics, combining a passion for beauty with a growing foundation in science and human behaviour. Currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at The University of Southern Queensland, she brings curiosity, compassion and a client-centred approach to every treatment.

Growing up surrounded by the aesthetics industry, Zaidee developed an early appreciation for the confidence that professional brow and lash treatments can inspire. Today, she specialises in brow sculpting, brow laminations, lash lifts and lash tinting, creating natural, personalised results that enhance each client’s unique features.

At XFactor Aesthetics, Zaidee believes every appointment is about more than beauty—it’s about helping clients feel confident, comfortable and genuinely cared for. Her attention to detail, warm personality and commitment to continual learning make her a valued member of the team.
